What we process
- Marketing site sigmaio.sk: contact-form fields (name, email, message), technical logs needed to run the site.
- Analytics (consent only): Google Analytics via MonsterInsights / Site Kit. Those scripts must not run without consent.
- Account and billing on app.sigmaio.sk: email, payment via the payment provider (full card number stays with them), plan, devices, subscription history.
- Family / Pro alerts: if you turn on partner/parent email, we process the address you enter and send a notification. Not screenshots.
Adult-content detection runs on the device. We do not build a cloud archive of your screen.
Purpose and legal basis
- Contract — account, licence, support, invoicing.
- Legal duty — tax and accounting records.
- Legitimate interest — site security, answering a message you sent.
- Consent — analytics cookies. You can withdraw it in the cookie bar.
Who receives data
Hosting (Cloudron), email, the payment provider, Google (Analytics, Search Console — with consent), Akismet if comments are used. Transfers outside the EU (Google) only with GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
How long
Account: while it exists, then statutory accounting periods (often 10 years). Contact form: until we close the request. Cookies: see the cookie policy.
