These terms are a draft for selling Sigma Vision subscriptions. They are not legal advice. Have a lawyer review them. Last updated: 17 August 2026.

2. The product

Sigma Vision is subscription software for Windows and Mac. It blocks known adult sites, analyses the screen on-device, and can lock the session after the warning limit. It is not an iPhone or Android app.

Starter — 3.99 € / month — 1 device
Family — 6.99 € / month — up to 5 devices, partner/parent email
Pro — 9.99 € / month — up to 10 devices

Consumer prices on this site include VAT. Details: pricing. A contract is formed when you pay on app.sigmaio.sk, not when you browse the marketing site.

3. Orders and payment

You create an account, pay, and manage devices on app.sigmaio.sk. Payment is by card through the app’s payment provider. The subscription renews monthly until you cancel in the account.

4. Licence

You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the number of devices in your plan. Sigmaio s.r.o. keeps ownership of the software. You may not reverse-engineer, rent, or circumvent protection beyond normal use.

5. Withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

For physical goods you usually have 14 days. Sigma Vision is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. The withdrawal right ends if, before performance starts, you expressly consent to start and acknowledge that you lose that right. That consent must appear at checkout on app.sigmaio.sk.

If you did not give that consent and have not downloaded the software, email [email protected] within 14 days of the contract. We refund by the same payment method within 14 days.

6. Cancellation

Cancel in app.sigmaio.sk. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. The next charge does not run. Paid time is not refunded on cancel, except under sections 5 and 7.

7. Complaints

The software should work on the Windows and Mac versions listed in the app. Email [email protected] with a description and, if possible, the OS version. We handle complaints within 30 days. If justified we fix the service, offer a workaround, or refund a fair portion.

Slovak consumers may also contact the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI) and use the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Limits

Sigma Vision reduces access to adult content. It is not medical treatment, not a promise that nothing will appear, and not a substitute for parental supervision. We are not liable for bypasses, other devices (phones), or content the user seeks outside the block. Nothing here limits liability where the law forbids it (personal injury, intent, gross negligence).

9. Privacy and cookies

Detection runs on the device. Family and Pro can email a partner or parent if you turn that on. That is not a screenshot report.

10. Law

Slovak law applies. An EU consumer keeps the mandatory protection of their country of residence. Disputes go to the competent court; for consumers often the court of the consumer’s residence.

If one clause is invalid, the rest stays in force.
